A long scope inspection camera is a specialized tool designed to enter and navigate deep or lengthy pipes while transmitting live video the large 13.3’ HD monitor. This system provides a rugged push rod, a high-quality waterproof camera head, and a full working keyboard. The USAP 39 differs from typical push cameras because it is built to handle harsh conditions like water, debris, with durable 9mm diameter push rod.
Using this technology allows operators to see real-time conditions inside pipelines, locate blockages, assess pipe integrity, and document problems without excavation. Long scope inspection cameras are especially useful in sewer systems, storm drains, industrial conduits, and even municipal water mains.
Versatile Camera Head
The USAP 39 offers a 1.53 inch (38.8mm) self-leveling camera head. The self-leveling sewer camera head automatically keeps itself upright and level, regardless of the pipe’s angle, providing a stable, easily understandable view (not upside-down) for diagnosing issues. True HD image quality camera head offer 1080 P. Bright white adjustable LED lighting.
High Quality Push Rods and Reels
The push rod is the backbone of any long scope inspection camera system. A strong yet flexible push rod allows the camera to travel long distances without bending or losing control. The USAP 39 offers a 11mm diameter push rod with 400 feet (121.9 meters). The frame offers a tension dial to adjust the speed of release of the push rod or it will also serve as a brake if needed.
HD Viewing Screen
While many sewer inspection cameras offer an average 7-inch screen to view the inspection area, the USAP 39 offers a large 13.3-inch color screen. Larger displays are especially helpful when working in bright outdoor environments or when multiple team members need to view the inspection in real time. The monitor also offers a sturdy sun shield for daylight viewing.
Recording and Storage Devices
The USAP 39 enables users to capture images and video during inspections, which can later be reviewed, shared, or used for maintenance planning. The inspection camera supports a USB Thumb drive or SD card. This is particularly beneficial as the probe itself will be expose to dirty environments and there is no need to introduce the system into your office area. Just remove your storage device and view on your PC.
Battery Packs and Power Solutions
The USAP 39 comes with a built-in rechargeable battery. A High-capacity external battery pack is provided for remote locations where charging options may be limited. Having backup power on hand ensures that inspections are completed without unnecessary delays.
Protective Camera Skids
Camera skids are designed to protect the camera head while keeping it centered inside pipes. These accessories are especially important when inspecting larger diameter pipes, where the camera might otherwise drag along the bottom. Skids help prevent scratches, lens damage, and unnecessary wear. They also improve image stability by keeping the camera aligned, resulting in clearer and more consistent visuals throughout the inspection. The USAP 39 comes standard with 2 different skids: a smaller skid for pipes up to 5 inches in diameter and a larger spring-loaded skid for pipes from 5-10 inches in diameter. There are other optional skids available, for pipes 4-6 inches there is the mini roller skid and for pipes up to 16 inches with supporting LED lights. (Universal Roller Skid)
Optional Locator
The USAP 39 comes standard a transmitting camera head. You can chose a sewer camera locator to assist with locating the camera head above ground. The camera sends back real-time video, while the transmitter emits a traceable signal, allowing technicians to pinpoint the exact location and depth of problems from above ground using the receiver, saving time and costly excavation.
